Fall Bulk Day 20 Progress

Today, I completed a chest and tricep workout using only dumbbells, which I recorded for the Nutritioneering YouTube channel. The workout involved pre-exhaust and superset techniques to maximize the pump in a short amount of time.

After finishing the workout, I hit a few bodybuilding poses and decided to use them as progress pictures, as I haven’t shared a physique update during this bulking phase yet. The picture above is called the side tricep pose.

I have noticed a significant increase in fullness and better pumps since beginning this bulk, which I attribute to higher carbs and a slight calorie surplus, resulting in more glycogen and muscle water volume.
