Physique Update – Shoulders

This is my second post-workout physique update of the bulk. I share the workout I used to get this pump and how I’m feeling about my progress.

Fall Bulk Physique Update 2

Today, I completed a shoulder superset workout in my home gym and posted it on my YouTube channel. The workout involves performing specific exercises back-to-back to target the front, side, and rear delts more efficiently.

See the shoulder workout here.

When I film my workouts like this, it’s much easier for me to see how my physique is progressing. For example, I noticed my chest looked full even without a pump. But I also felt like my midsection was starting to expand.

Taking pictures or videos isn’t always the most comfortable thing to do. But it can provide insights that the scale or tape measure doesn’t, so it’s worth getting out of your comfort zone now and then.

In my case, I will implement some additional low-intensity cardio sessions in the coming days, along with scaling back the surplus to tighten up my physique while continuing the bulk.

I was happy with my physique in the progress poses after the workout. Although I had more control over my diaphragm, the lighting, and the angles compared to the workout video.
