About Jeremy Fox.
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and the founder of Nutritioneering, a systematic process for nutrition and fitness.
But fitness is only part of my journey. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and I like traveling to remote places with my wife.
Like you, the various aspects of my life can present opportunities or obstacles in reaching my fitness goals. So, I’ve learned that making progress is all about establishing priorities and having balance.
24+
Years of Experience
I began lifting weights when I was 14 and have continued for over 24 years. For most of that time, I’ve kept a meticulous database of my diet, workouts, and daily habits to measure how they affect fat loss and muscle gain.
2
Career Paths
I graduated from Winona State University with a degree in Composite Materials Engineering and worked in that field for 11 years. But then I founded an online meal-planning service called Nutritioneering and have been running the business full-time since 2019.
1,000s
of Clients Helped
As an online personal trainer and nutrition coach, I’ve helped thousands of people create a healthier lifestyle and reach their fitness goals. But I’ve decided to share my experience in a more personal way by showing you my actual daily routine.
Areas of Expertise
Why should you trust me? Well, I have a unique set of skills combined with years of experience in the fitness industry.
01
Data Collection & Analysis
I’ve always been a numbers guy, but my career in Engineering taught me how to run scientific experiments and make informed decisions based on the data. Turns out our bodies are just super advanced machines that respond to inputs and produce outputs.
02
Powerlifting & Bodybuilding
I was lucky to have some amazing strength coaches in high school who taught me the fundamentals of lifting weights for power and athleticism. Then, I crossed paths with professional bodybuilders at the former Koloseum Gym in Southern California, where I learned how to lift for size and shape.
03
Nutrition
Once the newbie gains wore off, I began turning the nutrition knob to continue progressing. I’ve read dozens of books and hundreds of studies in medical journals to determine the ideal diet for fat loss and muscle gain.
