Fall Bulk Day 16
Weight is up again today even without a super high calorie or carb intake. See what the numbers show.
Day 16 resulted in another massive increase of almost one pound on the scale. This was somewhat unexpected but a welcome surprise after the previous drop.
My calorie surplus was on target at 9% more than I burned. But I suspect the weight increase was also partly due to being more hydrated, as my carb intake was slightly lower.

My food choices were slightly different than usual, resulting in a more balanced macronutrient ratio.
Day 16 was also leg day, which generally burns the most calories out of all workouts. But the rest of the day was pretty laid back, with a short walk around the neighborhood.
My goal for day 17 is to get back around a 5% surplus and go a little lower on the fat. Check back to see what happens!
